Hey now...don't ignore your colon

If you are looking for me between June 24-July4th I will probably be chowing down on food and sitting at one of these free concerts at the Taste of Chicago.

I love this t-shirt, I saw it in Nashville but it was only in kids sizes.

David Letterman's Top 10 Drawbacks to Working in a Cubicle
10. Being told to "think outside the box" when you're in a freakin' box all
day long.
9. Not being able to check e-mail attachments without turning around to
see who's behind you.
8. Cubicle walls do not offer much protection from any kind of gun fire.
7. That nagging feeling that if you press the right button, you'll get a
piece of cheese.
6. Lack of roof rafters for the noose.
5. The walls are too close together for the hammock to work right.
4. 23 power cords - 1 outlet.
3. Prison cells are not only bigger, they also have beds.
2. The carpet has been there since 1976 and shows more signs of life than
your co-workers.
And the Number 1. drawback to working in a cubicle is . . .
You can't walk out and slam the door when you quit.

Doctor Oz on Oprah said if your poop plops instead of dives into the toilet it's not good. It should come out curved. Don't forget to check your poop. Key lessons are fiber and water. He said 8 glasses of water. Whole grains are better. Foods with magnesium are also important, supplements work.

Dr Oz also said that blood pressure is the most important number, even more important than your weight. Foods high in potassium are good for blood pressure. They include bananas and avacados.

3 things you can do to cut your chances of getting cancer by 50%
- Folate - leafy green veggies, orange juice or supplements
-Vitamin D supplements
- Baby aspirin (2 per day)

And coffee is good for you - but it does have side effects but its a drug

Thanks Oprah.

When I was in Chicago I drove by the Harpo Studios building. I couldn't believe that was it! But the restraunt nearby (The Wishbone) was to die for!

I missed the episode on poop and keep hearing references to it on recent episodes of Oprah. Why should it be an S-shape? Is it okay if it is a C-shape? Did they say why it should not be straight? Why on earth does the shape matter? They also refer to the fact it should be the right color, but, err, what color is that? If you saw it and know the answers, please email me with them. You can reach me at Replace the "_at_" with "@". I just do that to prevent the spam robots from harvesting my email address when I post online. Thanks!
